All work shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the notice to proceed or authorization to proceed with construction activities.

Respondents must have a minimum of two thousand flight hours total time with one thousand hours conducting wildlife surveys and two hundred hours multiengine time within the past five years, and have been in business for a minimum of five years. Failure to periodically check the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) for updates, not submitting required documentation, or having a contract terminated for noncompliance can lead to disqualification.
