Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking bids for Aqualogic UV sterilizer components, including 120 UV lamps, 60 quartz sleeves, and 70 plug assemblies. Bids are due July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The award will be based on best value, considering price and other factors. Delivery is F. O. B. agency receiving address. Payment normally will be made to the contractor within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt and acceptance of goods/services, whichever is later. State agencies are required by state law to pay properly submitted invoices within 30 days.
All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturers standard warranty for government use.
The state reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line-item bid, low total of line items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state. TPWD will award a contracts to the bidders whose bid is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price and other factors considered.
Bidders must sign the bid form. Failure to do so will disqualify the bid. Bidders must also specify the make/model and warranty for quoted products. TPWD reserves the right to consider bidder qualifications, equipment, facility, references conduct studies and other investigations as necessary to evaluate any response request additional relevant information disqualify bid based on unsatisfactory reference checks, reports, and records of service.

Failure to sign the bid above will disqualify the bid. Failure to take exception to specifications or reference data will require the bidder to furnish specified brand names, numbers, etc. Prohibited communications after solicitation issuance may disqualify a bidder.
