Vendor shall be responsible for removal of packing material and debris. Deliveries should be scheduled by appointment. Delivery locations include multiple Emanuel County Schools. All merchandise and services are subject to inspection after arrival. Defective items may be rejected and returned at bidder's expense. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt, inspection, and acceptance, and receipt of invoice. The preferred method of payment is check. Additional fees for credit card use must be noted and may be used as part of award criteria. The bidder is responsible for protecting school system premises and property. The bidder indemnifies Emanuel County Schools against all claims. Agreements may be canceled by either party for just cause in writing 30 days prior to termination. Failure to bid requires returning the bid with reasons. A bid summary will be posted on the district website for 30 days after award. A bid tabulation sheet will be sent to bidders upon request.
