The university is requiring a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with projects of similar size and scope. Bidder must include six (6) references.
The owner may retain $1,**** for each calendar day after the contract completion date that the work remains incomplete, as liquidated damages.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting with a site visit is scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Responses from bidders that do not attend the pre-bid meeting will be rejected. Failure to submit the VETHUB subcontracting plan will result in immediate rejection of the proposal.
