The Town of Fort Mill is seeking qualified contractors. Bids from vendors/contractors with prior poor performance quality issues, contact conformance, payment history, timeline compliance, or any other reason the town deems poor performance will not be considered.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and prior to beginning work, the contractor shall visit the site to verify all measurements, conditions, and attachment points associated with the existing stair structure. Submission of a bid shall indicate the contractor has familiarized themselves with the site conditions.
