The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered.

Offerors must be responsible prospective contractors pursuant to FAR **** SP **** assessment is required.

Protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR ****.

A risk score of red or yellow in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) will be considered unacceptable. Failure to comply with instructions may cause the quote to be determined not eligible for award.

Bids are due by June 18, 2026, at 11:00:00 a. m. Eastern Time. Delivery of the finished trailer and systems will be to **** Loraine Street, Knoxville, TN ****.

Payment for completed services delivered to and accepted by the city shall be at the contract price.

A factory warranty of at least two full years shall be provided covering workmanship, equipment, and labor. All warranty work shall be performed within a reasonable time frame by an authorized dealer.

The contract will be awarded as soon as practicable after the bid opening. The city reserves the right to evaluate bids by various criteria and accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the city.

Bidders shall be an authorized dealer of the brand being bid for at least ten years and shall provide a list of several similar, recent projects with their bid. Bidders must also be registered with the City of Knoxville's online vendor registration system.
