Audubon Nature Institute is seeking a qualified operator for food and beverage services at the Goldring Woldenberg Riverfront Park Pavilion. Proposals are due July 24, 2026. Site visits are scheduled for July 2 and July 10, 2026. The contract will be for three years with two one-year extension options. The operator will provide daily park operations and services for events. Proposals will be evaluated based on project approach, experience, supplier diversity, and financial fee proposal. The operator must have at least five years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
Proposals must be submitted at or before July 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
The relationship will be structured as a license agreement, including a fixed minimum monthly payment and a revenue sharing arrangement based on gross revenue.
Proposals will be evaluated based on project approach (30%), experience and capacity (40%), supplier diversity (10%), and revenue/profit share (20%).
Prospective operators must possess at least five years of experience in the food and beverage industry and provide supporting evidence as a food and beverage venue operator.
Failure on the part of a contractor to fulfill the contractual obligations shall be considered just cause for termination of the contract.

Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the submittal may result in disqualification.
