Strict adherence to landfill protection requirements is mandatory; any damage to landfill cap, liner, or monitoring systems will be at contractor's expense. Bids must be submitted online via bidnet. Payment will be made only for completed and accepted work. Invoices must be submitted in a detailed format with supporting documentation, including dates, locations, GPS points, before/after photos, equipment billing, and labor billing details.
