The project is planned for completion by December 31, 2026.

Contractor must submit itemized invoices for work completed to the agreement administrator before the 20th of the month. Payment shall be made after authorization by the agreement administrator in accordance with county policies and procedures. A 3% retainage may be withheld until final settlement.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets or exceeds the minimum qualifications and whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the county.

Bidders must have at least two years of industry experience, experience with similar projects, good past performance references, capability to meet the project schedule, and be able to procure sufficient insurance and bonds.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. at the basketball court at 555 Main Street, CO ****.

All questions must be submitted through BidNet by August 14, 2026, 5:00 p. m.

Bids submitted without a required signature may be deemed nonresponsive. Failure to meet minimum qualifications or adhere to safety parameters could lead to disqualification.

The project is planned for completion by October 7, 2026, pending delays due to adverse conditions.

Payment will be made only for completed and accepted work. Invoices must be submitted in a detailed format with supporting documentation, including dates, locations, GPS points, and before/after photographs of work performed.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that meets or exceeds the minimum qualifications and whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the county.

Minimum qualifications include experience with similar projects, good past performance references, ability to procure sufficient insurance/bonds, and capability to meet the project schedule.

Bids may be rejected if they are not submitted by the deadline, lack required signatures, or fail to include a bid bond. Failure to enter into a contract after award may result in forfeiture of the bid bond.

Failure to submit the required bid bond may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. All required documents shall be included with the bid or it shall be rejected.
