The complete waterless boat cleaning stations are expected to be ready for acceptance before September 30, 2026. The vendor will provide the anticipated delivery date.

Payment will be made in accordance with applicable CAW accounting procedures upon acceptance of goods and/or services by CAW. Payment will be made on a calendar-month basis in arrears, N30. CAW's preferred invoice term is 2N10.

The bid notice requires vendors to Provide the warranty period for the three 3 waterless boat cleaning stations on the official pricing sheet.

Award shall be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder according to the grand total price on the official bid price sheets. Consideration shall be given only to those who bid an item in each class/category of equipment/service.

Vendors must be responsive and responsible. Past performance with CAW may be used to determine if the vendor is responsible. Vendors must also certify that they do not boycott Israel and will not boycott energy, fossil fuel, firearms, and ammunition industries.

The bid notice mentions that a violation of the cone of silence policy may result in the disqualification of an offending vendor's response. It also states that if a vendor defaults, CAW may cancel the contract with fourteen (14) days advance written notice.

Samples, when requested, must be furnished free of expense to CAW. Each sample should be marked with the bidder's name and address, bid number and item number.

The submission deadline for responses is Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 3:00 p. m. Central Time. Responses shall not be accepted after the designated opening date and time.

The ranking of respondents shall be determined by the total score each response receives in evaluation. The respondent receiving the highest-ranking score for their response shall be selected as the apparent successful respondent.

Statements should demonstrate the firms competency in their expertise field as it pertains to any and/or all the services mentioned in Section 2. 2, as well as Section 1. 1 of this document.

Liquidated damages shall be assessed beginning on the first day following the maximum delivery or completion time entered on the ASQ form and/or provided for by the specifications.

Respondents may submit written questions requesting clarification of information contained in this solicitation by 4:00 p. m. , Central Time, on Wednesday, April 1st.

Pricing will be negotiated with the apparent successful respondents based on project's scope of work. Respondents must not include any pricing in their response.

The bid opening date is March 31, 2026.
