The county will select a firm who clearly demonstrates the highest level of ability and proven reliability to perform the professional services specified in the scope of services, and the proposal judged to be most advantageous to the county.
Qualified firms must demonstrate proven operational experience in Florida or other hurricane-prone coastal environments, active operation of water level monitoring locations in similar environments, demonstration of continuous service delivery for government agencies, network uptime exceeding 95% during non-storm conditions, references from similar clients, and technical and professional capacity including licensed surveying capabilities or partnerships, field operations capacity, data management and software development capabilities, quality assurance expertise, technical support availability, and data reporting flexibility.
There will not be a pre-submittal conference for this project.
