Each proposal will be evaluated to determine how well it supports the city's objectives for the redevelopment area and the goals of the Grow Wash Mo comprehensive plan 2034. The city will also evaluate the impact of the proposed project on the city and other taxing districts including the projected term for which tax increment financing will be utilized.
Each proposal for the redevelopment area shall, at a minimum, contain the developers name, address and contact information, a conceptual site plan of the proposed project, a narrative explaining the character of the project, a description of the parcels of property the developer intends to develop, information concerning the developers current ownership or control of such parcels, a description of any zoning changes needed for the project, a description of the impact the project will have on the city and other taxing jurisdictions, information concerning the financial feasibility of the project, including a sample budget, and estimates of all sales and property taxes to be generated from the project upon its completion.
