The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience working in tribal communities advancing health-related topics and the ability to produce references of similar curriculum development, stakeholder advisement, and framework evaluation. The project management team must include a pediatrician advisor and a licensed social worker or LADC.

Improperly prepared invoices or statements may be returned to the contractor and may delay payment.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors are past performance (60%) and price (40%).

Dental assistants must be graduates of an accredited dental assisting program, possess current BLS certification, and have at least one year of clinical experience. Dental hygienists must be graduates of an accredited dental hygiene program, hold a Minnesota RDH license, possess current BLS certification, and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.

Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.

The contract period of performance includes 1 base year and 4 option years of service.

All services shall be performed in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, warranty requirements, and industry best practices to ensure continued warranty compliance.

The contractor shall ensure that all personnel performing maintenance are properly trained, qualified, and certified to work on the specific equipment covered under this agreement.
