The work will take place all around the City. The cost of the work is shared between the homeowner( s) and the City at 50%- 50%. Restoration of areas including parkstrips and lawns will be done with topsoil, grass seed, and straw. All concrete work will be done to ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility guidelines.
