The Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA) seeks a contractor to remove seven existing WSHP units and install seven new Trane or Climatemaster WSHP units in the terminal building. Attendance at the mandatory presubmittal meeting and site tour on September 29, 2026, is required for consideration. Work must be performed during nighttime windows (Monday-Friday). The award will be based on the best overall value. Proposals must be submitted by October 15, 2026.
Progress payments may be made for satisfactorily completed work upon submission of an approved application for payment.
