The contractor may submit an invoice based on the completion of service for all addresses. The invoice shall be submitted to the COR for review prior to submitting for payment.
Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform all requirements specified in this PWS. Contractor personnel not in compliance may be denied access to the Coast Guard facility. Contractor personnel shall always have photo identification while working on Coast Guard facilities.
Failure to meet the standard for missed pickups may result in nonpayment for the service missed. If the contractor fails or refuses to promptly comply with safety requirements, the contracting officer may issue an order stopping all or part of the work.
Contractor personnel shall not have felony convictions, no weapons, and no history of DUIs on federal installations. Contractor personnel violating policies may lose access to the Coast Guard facility.
