This is a sources sought notice for maintenance and support services for security systems at the Medical Command of Excellence (MEDCOE) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The U. S. Government is seeking information on industry capabilities to provide mission-critical maintenance and support for Open Options DNA Fusion and Hanwha Wisenet WAVE VMS security systems. This includes onsite technicians, 24/7 emergency response, system integration, hardware/software maintenance, and certified personnel. Small businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. Responses are limited to ten written pages and should include firm details, capabilities, relevant experience, pricing information, and recommendations for structuring the contract to facilitate competition. Questions are due by April 10, 2026, and responses to the sources sought notice are due by April 17, 2026. This notice does not commit the government to a contract.

Interested offerors must have the required specialized capabilities and qualifications to support some or all of the work described in the draft performance work statement. Capability statements should include firm name, point of contact, phone number, email address, unique entity identifier (UEI), cage code, business size (large or small), small business status and certifications, and percentage of work performed by the prime and subcontractors. Information regarding relevant previous experience, including size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial, and pertinent certifications, is also required.
