NIST is seeking information from potential sources for a Noventa 532 nm single frequency laser. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is procuring elemental analyzers for the determination of carbon, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen in alloys. The analyzers must meet specific performance requirements, including sample mass, measurement range, precision, and cycle time. The contractor must deliver one analyzer for carbon and sulfur, and one for oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen, within 90 calendar days of award. A set of operation and maintenance manuals for each analyzer is also required within 90 calendar days. NIST personnel training is required within 10 business days of receipt of the analyzers. A one-year warranty for parts and service is required. Contractor employees must comply with NIST identification and access requirements, including providing name and citizenship information to the NIST Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) prior to arrival. All contractor employees must register their vehicles with the NIST security office. The system must be compliant with all state and federal safety requirements.

This notice describes requirements for two full-stack, integrated hardware and software control systems for measuring silicon-based spin qubit and charge pumping devices. The systems must include specific capabilities for DC voltage outputs, current and voltage measurements, arbitrary high-speed control waveforms, microwave ESR control signals, and post-measurement signal analysis.
