Products must have standard manufacturer's warranty. all products furnished by the successful bidder in accordance with these specifications shall have the standard manufacturers warranty.

Award is made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. the city will award the solicitation to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Bidders must be registered distributors of all products ordered. any bidder must be a registered distributor of all products ordered to facilitate any warranty, repair, or service.

Violation of ethics code may result in rescission of contract and fines. violation of the louisiana code of governmental ethics may result in rescission of contract, permit or licenses, and the imposition of fines and/or penalties

Samples may be required and must be submitted free of expense. samples, when required, must be submitted free of expense, unless otherwise specified

Questions must be submitted no later than 7 business days prior to bid deadline. the bidder shall submit its questions in writing to the appropriate point of contact no later than 7 business days prior to the bid deadline.

Bids without prices for all listed items are automatically rejected. bid packages that do not contain bid prices for all listed items shall be automatically rejected.
