The expected period of performance is from November 5, 2025 to November 4, 2026, with option periods extending the service.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

This acquisition is set aside 100 for any womanowned small business wosb eligible under wosb program setaside.

The requested pickup and delivery schedule is a minimum of once per week, between the duty hours of **** to **** or **** to ****, on tuesdays. The preference would twice per week, but once per week is currently the minimum that will allow the treatment facility to operate appropriately with sufficient linens.

The contractor will be required to pass the initial evaluation inspection, thus correcting any discrepancies before the government contract shall be awarded. If the contractor is unable to correct the initial evaluation inspection discrepancies prior to the contract period of performance, the government shall consider awarding the contract to another contractorsolicitor to ensure the 47 mdg does not experience a gap in linen services.

If the government receives back a total clean linen weight that is one 1 or more pounds less than the total dirty linen weight that was picked up, the contractor shall utilize the following steps to reimburse the government: estart the primary linen scale and remeasure the clean linen.

Prior to contract award and annually thereafter, the 47 mdg infection preventionist ip, contracting officer representative cor, and mtf linen supply officer as required, will tour and evaluate inspect the contractors linen facility. The infection control linen facility inspection checklist will be utilized to assess the linen facility during the initial evaluation inspection, and annual evaluations inspections thereafter.
