If the contractor fails to comply with cleanup orders, work may be suspended without additional compensation. Penalties may also apply for violations of prevailing wage laws.
A mandatory job walk is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026, immediately following the pre-bid conference. Failure to attend will result in the bid being deemed nonresponsive.
Requests for modifications necessary for clarification, correction, or successful execution of the RFB or resulting contract must be submitted in writing no fewer than five business days prior to the bid deadline.
Bids may be deemed nonresponsive if the bidder fails to provide all requested quotation documents, fails to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference or job walk, or if the bid contains alterations to the original RFB documents.
