Site inspections and measurements are the contractor's sole responsibility. Delivery and service hours are restricted to Monday through Thursday, ****, except for government holidays. The delivery hours or service hours for equipment delivery, service calls, and equipment installation are from **** to ****, Monday through Thursday, except for government holidays. Deliveries where the contractor has opted for the government offloading option must be received before **** hours. These hours are subject to change, and the government will notify the contractor of any such changes.
The contractor and any associated subcontractor employees shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements. All contractor employees must comply with all personal identity verification requirements iaw FAR clause **** as directed by Department of Defense (DOD), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), and any local policy. Access to RIA requires compliance with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCICIII) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) and any applicable installation, facility access screening and local security policies and procedures.
The contractor shall be liable for any fire loss to the government properly attributable to negligence on the part of the contractor, including failure to comply with fire prevention measures described by the terms of this purchase description.
A pre-construction site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM Central Time on 02 April 2026.
Any ambiguities, questions, requests for clarification or discrepancies between sections of this purchase description, drawings, national or industry standards discovered by the contractor in reviewing this purchase description shall be reported by the bidder in writing to the contracting officer before the date scheduled for close of bidding receipt of proposal.
