The award will be based on a weighted scoring system: Durability (40 points), Design Functionality (30 points), Cost (20 points), and Experience (10 points).

Vendors must demonstrate experience providing portable restroom solutions in high-use or vandalism-prone environments, with proven durability and performance in similar climates. References from similar projects are required.

A site visit is not applicable for this RFP.

Failure to sign the proposal is grounds for rejection.

Delivery not to exceed forty-five (45) days from date of order. There will be no deliveries when conditions are rainy or snowy because the product cannot get wet during transit.
