Equipment shall be delivered to Building 370, Automated Storage and Receiving System (ASRS) receiving docks. Shipping and receiving activities are performed between 6:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Other hours, weekend, and holiday delivery will be considered separately as requested by the contractor and approved by the contracting officer. The contractor shall provide a firm delivery date 30 days prior to equipment delivery.

For a period of 12 months from the date of shipment from seller, the seller shall warrant their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the use for which they are intended, under normal operating conditions and maintenance.

The supplier shall be ISO **** certified. All quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a government contract award.

Contractor employees and subcontractor employees must comply with installation access requirements, including background checks and PIV requirements. Failure to comply may affect access to the depot.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government will compare the technical features and prices of the top five lowest-priced quotations.

Offerors shall provide information including, but not limited to, warranty to determine the best value to the government.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the government at a fair and reasonable price.

Drawings are only available to firms that have previously entered into an award or contract with the Department of Defense, have an active CAGE code in SAM. gov, and have an active status in the Joint Certification Program (JCP).

The **** and **** audits must be completed by August 14, 2026, and the ISO **** audit by September 21, 2026, for audit year 2026. Similar deadlines apply for subsequent years.

Audits are to be conducted in person at the Letterkenny Army Depot.
