This is a sole-source acquisition for specialized items from Airbus DS military aircraft. The closing date for receipt of offers is July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. All items must be new, approved items, and have traceability to the OEM. Prospective vendors who are not the OEM must provide traceability for the offered product back to the OEM and submit a manufacturer's certificate of conformance (COC) in addition to their own COC. Refer to the attachments for additional information, including instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and applicable clauses.

The tender is for commercial products and services. Evaluation will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The offeror shall provide pricing, quantity price discounts, and discounts for prompt payment. The USCG requires specific items on a competitive basis. Items shall be shipped to the specified address. Inspection and acceptance of material will be performed at destination by local USCG personnel. Full and clear traceability must be provided with delivery of each part. The contractor shall provide a properly completed DD Form 250, MMR or commercial shipping document. The contractor shall comply with ASTM **** standard practice for commercial packaging. The contractor shall notify the contracting officer of any event, supply change, material change, supply malfunction, counterfeit suspect parts or materiel, defect or non-airworthy condition of any product or component. The contractor shall retain all records in accordance with FAR 4. 7. The contractor's standard commercial warranty will suffice for this requirement. The contractor must provide the following documentation if selected: certificate of airworthiness or equivalent in accordance with FAA procedures FAA Form **** or EASA 1 form. The US Coast Guard intends to procure specialized aviation components for the MH60T aircraft from Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation on a sole-source basis. The response date for this special notice has been extended until July 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM EDT.
