The City of Cortez is soliciting bids for the 2026 Cortez Recreation Center roof replacement project. Bidders must remove damaged roofing, replace substrate, and install a new fully adhered membrane system with minimum R30 insulation. A 20-year NDL manufacturer warranty is required. A mandatory meeting and project site visit is scheduled for October 12, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p. m. on October 28, 2026, via the RMEPS portal. Minimum qualifications include providing general contracting services for at least two projects over $100,000 in the last three years.
