Clarification on the purchase of specific disc golf products from Discraft is provided. An updated specification sheet is included, detailing items provided by Discraft and those to be supplied by the contractor. The addendum requires acknowledgment on the bid form and inclusion of a copy with the submission. Detailed installation instructions for the turf are also included. Inspection of the work areas is required before proceeding with installation. All work areas must be cleaned up upon completion.

Sealed bids for the Plainfield Park District Park Development: Creekside Crossing South Bid **** will be received until July 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at the Recreation Administration Center (RAC), **** W. Ottawa Street, Plainfield, IL **** must acknowledge all addenda received and submit their bids on the enclosed form, including required certifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with the bidder's name and address clearly displayed, and the bid name, date, and time of opening in the lower left corner. The Park District reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids, and/or accept portions of a bid and reject the remainder. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and requires a bid bond or bank cashier's check for 10% of the bid amount. The successful contractor will also be required to submit performance and payment bonds. The work of this project is subject to the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 ilcs **** et seq.
