All work is guaranteed for one year from acceptance. all work shall be guaranteed for a period of one 1 year from the date of acceptance by the city.

Contractor must have a valid California contractors license and DIR public works registration. contractor will maintain and will require all subcontractors to maintain valid and current department of industrial relations dir public works contractor registration during the term of this project.

Liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day for delays. contractor will pay as liquidated damages to the city the following sum of 500 per calendar day, for each and every calendar days delay in finishing the work.

Failure to maintain DIR registration or pay prevailing wages can result in penalties. contractor shall be subject to the penalties in accordance with labor code of **** for each worker paid. . . less than the prevailing rate.
