Bids are solicited for the Dry Creek Bridge Wingwall Repair Project. The city's payment terms are a minimum of net thirty (30) days after invoicing and acceptance of services or delivery of goods.
Delivered or installed goods, equipment or services shall be warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least one (1) year.
The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder at the discretion of the City's Public Works Director.
Contractor shall possess a valid class A California contractors license and a city business license at the time the contract is awarded.
If the project is not completed within 30 working days, the contractor may be assessed liquidated damages of $500 per day.
It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to make a thorough examination of the site prior to submitting their bid.
Making a false certification may subject the certifier to criminal prosecution.
The estimated cost of the construction is $100,000.
