The contractor will be required to provide warranties as part of the closeout documentation. submit complete closeout documentation, including warranties

Contractors must be actively licensed and bonded in Denver for plumbing/mechanical/general contracting, demonstrate experience with restroom renovations in occupied facilities (3 projects in the last 5 years), be familiar with ADA and code-compliant restroom design, and have a good safety record. contractor qualifications o active licensing and bonding in the citycounty of denver for plumbingmechanicalgeneral contracting as applicable. o demonstrated experience with restroom renovations in occupied facilities 3 relevant projects in the last 5 years.

If a contractor fails to pay prevailing wages, Legends Global and the City and County of Denver may suspend or terminate the contractor's right to proceed with the work. if any laborer, worker or mechanic employed by vendor or any subcontractor under the contract has been or is being paid a rate of wages less than the rate of wages required by the contract to be paid as aforesaid, legends global and the city and county of denver may, by written notice to vendor, suspend or terminate the contractors right to proceed with the work

Emergency requests require delivery within eight (8) hours. High priority requests require delivery within seventy-two (72) hours. Routine requests require delivery within five (5) days.

All payments will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Awarded vendors must register in the vendor self-service system to receive payment.

Repairs shall be guaranteed not to leak for one full year from the date of the repair. The contractor shall guarantee product against any defect in workmanship or materials.

Award will be made after evaluating the prices, responsiveness, and responsibility of each bidder. Responsiveness includes completeness of material, documents, and information, and a complete bid form without irregularities. Responsibility includes the ability, capacity, skill, character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, efficiency, quality of performance, technical experience, personnel, equipment, and financial means of the bidder.

To be considered responsive, the contractor must be registered and licensed in the state of Georgia, if such registration or license is normally required. The contractor shall maintain its license for the duration of the agreement.

In case of default by the successful bidder, Fulton County may procure the articles or services from another source and hold the successful bidder responsible for any resultant excess cost.

There will not be a scheduled site visit for this project.

Protests arising from factual or legal basis that the protestor knew or should have known prior to the submission of the bid/proposal must be submitted within three business days of the submission of the bid/proposal. Protests arising from factual or legal basis that the protestor knew or should have known subsequent to the date the bid/proposal was submitted must be submitted within ten business days after the protestor knew or should have known of such basis, but in no event shall any protest be submitted more than ten business days after the award of the contract.

Submission of more than one bid for the same work, evidence of collusion, previous participation in collusive bidding, submission of an unbalanced bid, or lack of competency of bidder may be considered as sufficient for disqualification.

The period of performance is from award date to 07/31/2027.

Workmanship warranty for one year. Equipment warranty by manufacturer.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1. Cost/price, 2. Technical capability to meet the government's need for project description, 3. Personnel qualifications, 4. Past performance.

The contractor shall perform work in accordance with best common practices and standards, including safety and hazard awareness, and abide by housing codes.

The contractor must submit all materials to be used for renovation and be approved by KHC.

Protests must be served on the contracting officer by obtaining written and dated acknowledgment of receipt. A copy of any protest must be received in the designated office within one day of filing a protest with the GAO.

Failure of your acknowledgement to be received at the place designated for the receipt of offers prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of your offer. Contractors perform at their own risk when accepting direction from unauthorized officials.

Quote submissions are due no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time PST on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific document types for payment requests depend on the line item type (cost-type, fixed-price, progress, performance-based, commercial financing).

The government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical factors including delivery date, price, and past performance, in no order of relative importance.

Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award.

Quoters who quote less than the entire effort specified may be determined to be unacceptable due to the government's right to make a single award.
