The platform must compute complex retirement estimates, manage retirement cases, and provide metrics reports for various federal retirement systems (CSRS, FERS, TSP, SSA). It should offer financial retirement planning, educational tools (videos, documents), and internal tools for specific calculations and determinations (e. g. , FERCCA). The system needs to integrate with the National Finance Center or third parties, allow HR specialists to view employee records, and generate approved forms compliant with OPM, DOL, FEGLI, TSP, NFC, and IRS standards.
