Bidders must read the entire request for bids (RFB) and follow the instructions. The due date for bids is Friday, August 29th, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST. All bids must be clearly labeled. Site visits are encouraged. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All information submitted may be made available for public inspection. Successful bidders will be required to furnish annual usage reports. The City of Madison is exempt from federal and state taxes. Bidders are responsible for reviewing Appendix A, the standard terms and conditions, prior to submission. The City reserves the right to waive or permit cure of nonmaterial variances in the offer if, in the judgment of the City, it is in the City's best interest to do so. The determination of materiality is in the sole discretion of the City.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, for Spring Hill Fire Department Fire Station 4 furniture on or before August 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Bids must be made on the attached bid form and in accordance with instructions to bidders. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any bids, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the city. Bidders must have experience providing furniture to fire station projects and provide references. Substitutions to the specifications are not allowed. Additional documents may be required, and explanations will be provided in the form of addenda, posted on the city's website. Sealed bids must be received in the Callaway County Commission office no later than 11:00 AM on April 11, 2025. The bid number must be indicated on the outside of the sealed envelope. Only one bid per envelope. The Callaway County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
