Lot 1: Fabrication of one portable, modular, 5- story work enclosure ( approx. 150 tons of steel), including stairways, roof, and door assemblies, with an integrated 3- ton bridge crane. Delivery by barge required. Lot 2: Construction of one concrete, slab- on- ground storage pad for the work enclosure. Lot 3: Fabrication of two portable, truss- style steel material handling bridges ( approx. 90 ft span each, 80 tons of steel total), including bridge supports to be installed permanently on a concrete deck, with material handling rollers and a central 3- ton bridge crane. Delivery by barge required. Options: - One additional portable, modular, 5- story work enclosure ( assembly only). - Two additional portable, truss- style steel material handling bridges ( no additional steel bridge supports).
