Bullard Helmets It is the intent of this IFB to establish a pricing agreement for Bullard helmets and genuine replacement parts for the Myrtle Beach Fire Department, to be ordered on an & ldquo; as needed& rdquo; basis. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work required under this contract.
