Tests include tension, toughness, and thermal expansion. NASA GRC will fabricate composite panels and procure neat resin plaques. The vendor will cut and prepare coupons, perform tests, and provide a full test report with raw data. Final products, specimens, and report are due 6-8 weeks after material shipment. This is a sole source procurement for Composite Technology Development, Inc.
Final products, fractured specimens, and report will be delivered to NASA 6-8 weeks after vendor receives material shipment from NASA.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 1:00 p. m. central standard time on 6/18/2026.
