The owner reserves the right to reject contractor's measurement of work in place involving unit prices and to have this work measured by an independent surveyor. The contractor must notify the consultant when approximately 75% of unit price quantities have been used. The owner may cancel the project prior to the issuance of the notice to proceed without cost to the bidder. The contractor must provide a two-year warranty and a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. One additional square of architectural laminated asphalt shingles for owner's attic stock upon completion of the project.
