Commercial Lighting Government Bids & RFPs

Quotes shall be submitted to ***@***. *. * by no later than 10 september 2026, **** a. m. , japan standard time jst.

Payment shall be made for items accepted by the government that have been delivered to the delivery destinations set forth in this contract.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.

A site visit was held on 9/8 2pm, and there will not be a second site visit.

The contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, installation, testing, seasonal maintenance, removal, and cleanup necessary to complete the holiday lighting work described below. Complete installation, testing, and activation no later than November 25, 2026.

Awarded bidders should allow for approximately 30 days from receipt of invoice to receive payment from the city of westland.

The decision as to which provider to contact if any will be based upon the following criteria: qualified, capable, cost effective, and experienced providers determined in the evaluation process.

Proposers shall demonstrate competence, experience, and financial capability to carry out the terms of this contract. The city will require proof of these qualifications.

Interested bidders are encourage to visit each site location on their own, and submit clarifying questions accordingly.

All questions relating to this solicitation must be summited via email to city controller purchasing director, devin adams, at ***@***. *. * by september 22, 2026 at 4: 00pm.

Failure on the part of the prospective bidder to receive a written interpretation prior to the time of the opening of bids will not be grounds for withdrawal of proposal.
