The conveyor oven has a 1-year standard warranty per oven. The pizza preparation refrigerator has a 7-year compressor warranty, 7 years parts warranty, and 7-year labor warranty.

The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be lowest price technically acceptable.

All vendors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and in the Small Business Administration (SBA) small business search.

The stove is sold as-is with no warranties. The City is not responsible for the condition of the stove once it is picked up or delivered.

The objective of this RFB is to award the highest responsive responsible bidder.

Bidder must be current with all taxes due, and the company must be in good standing with all required governmental agencies.

Interested bidders may schedule an inspection of the stove prior to the bid due date.

Interested vendors who can provide a liquid chromatography system meeting the compatibility requirements are requested to submit a brief capability statement. Responses should include company information, Unique Entity ID (UEI) and CAGE code, socio-economic status, product information, and lead time and estimated price for market research purposes.
