The contract period is one 1 year with four 4 one 1 year renewals and is scheduled with initiation of the contract period following approval by the swbno board of directors board and issuance of notice to proceed and purchase order. A SWBNO shall provide written notice to the contractor of any performance deficiency subject to remedy under this section. Remedies shall be deducted from the next monthly invoice following determination of the deficiency.
