The agency reserves the right to cancel the contract with a 30-day written notice. The quantities listed are estimated, and the agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount at the unit prices stated in the bid. All written bids must be submitted on the provided forms. Bids not delivered by the US Postal Service may be sent to a different address.

This is a sources sought notice for **** engine electrical system components, aircraft prime moving engine electrical system components, aircraft prime moving items designed for specific use on aircraft and guided missile prime movers. The solicitation will be released to the web on or about 8/20/2025. The actual closing date will be in the solicitation. The government does not have drawings for this item that are suitable for competitive procurement. The TDP is fully defined, but the government does not have full data rights. This survey is published in compliance with FAR part 10, market research. The purpose of this survey is to canvas the industry for any possible other sources. Submission of any information in response to this market research is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. Contractors interested in becoming a source of supply need to meet the requirements of the source approval program including vehicle level qualification testing, at their own expense.
