boat, motor, and trailer package shall be delivered as a fully assembled single unit. TPWD would like the option to pick up the
boat/motor/trailer package if the vendor is in close proximity to the delivery location. Delivery schedule and requirements must be provided with the bid response. All bids shall be received and time-stamped at TPWD prior to 2:00 PM Central Time on the bid opening date. Late bids will not be considered. Bids may be returned via email, mail, hand delivery, or fax. Respondents must submit the IFB form, signed, dated, and completed. Respondents must specify brand/model of quoted product. Descriptive literature and product specification sheets are requested. Delivery time from receipt of TPWD order must be specified. Responses shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) business days from bid due date. Only responses submitted by the bid opening, with required submittal documents and meeting qualifications will be considered. TPWD reserves the right to consider respondent qualifications, equipment, facility, references, conduct studies, and other investigations as necessary to evaluate any response. TPWD will award a contract to the respondent whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price and other factors considered. Invoices must show the name of the contractor, Texas Payee Identification Number (PIN), correct remit-to address, name of receiving entity, contract/purchase order number, description, quantity, unit of measure, unit price, extended price of each item, total price, discount (if applicable), and supporting documentation (if required). Payment normally will be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and the acceptance of goods/services ordered, whichever is later. Bidders must certify that if a Texas address is shown as the address of the bidder, bidder qualifies as a Texas bidder as defined in Title 34 TAC Rule **** must also certify that neither they, nor their holding companies or subsidiaries are listed in certain sections of the 2019 and 2021 National Defense Authorization Acts, or owned by the government of a country on the U. S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list. Bidders must also certify that they are not controlled by any governing or regulatory body located in a country on the U. S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list. TPWD will only award a contract to an actively licensed marine dealer, manufacturer of make/model bid, or manufacturer's authorized distributor of make/model
