The award shall be made to the responsible vendor whose proposal is most advantageous to the school district, taking into consideration the evaluation factors: cost (25%), project plan (10%), evidence of ongoing support (15%), mechanism for handling warranty repair/replacement (15%), demonstration of compatibility to work with current systems (25%), and references provided for work in Delaware government and K12 locations (10%).

Vendors must be willing to do installation outside of student hours at no additional cost and employees must be able to work in school buildings and pass state requirements.
