The City of Toledo DPU Water Reclamation is seeking proposals for the installation, testing, and commissioning of digester roof-mounted draft tube mixers. Bids are accepted electronically via the city's PlanetBids portal. Required documents include a signed contract, child support affidavit, Bureau of Workers' Compensation certificate, insurance certificate (naming the city as additional insurer), and project paperwork. The contractor shall not pay any state or local sales or use taxes on materials and equipment which are affixed and made part of the immovable property of the project. The technology affidavit is required. All prices must be held firm throughout the entirety of the contract. Bidders may request an escalation provision. Delivery is FOB Jefferson Parish. Bidders must acknowledge all addenda on the bid form. All bids should be returned with the bid number and bid opening date indicated on the outside of the envelope.

The RFI seeks information from industry on their capabilities to design, test, and deliver future variants of the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS). Responses are due October 1, 2025, and limited to 10 pages. All submissions become government property and will not be returned.
