Northside Independent School District (NISD) is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of apparel items. All proposals must include shipping and handling costs. This contract replaces a previous IFB, and all vendors are required to respond to this new IFB. Required documents include a proposal acknowledgement form, company information, pricing, service affirmation, bid sheet, references, vendor certification, Edgar certification, conflict of interest questionnaire, and certificate of interested parties. A certificate of insurance is optional. Questions are due October 9th, 2025, and the close date is October 16th, 2025.

Bid for outreach promotional items. Bid due August 1, 2025, 5:00 PM MST. Bid must include company letterhead, unit price, subtotal, Navajo sales tax (6%), shipping (if applicable), and grand total. If shipping to the Navajo Nation, bids must include Navajo sales tax. Bids must include Navajo Nation certification regarding debarment, suspension, and W9 forms. Substitutions are acceptable for like or same items. Indian preference will apply. Original and two copies of the bid in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with bid number and description.

Responses must include a separate pricing sheet and be received in business services at the address above by May 20, 2025, 2:00 PM. Formal sealed bids in a sealed envelope with the bid number clearly marked on the front are required. Faxed or email responses are not acceptable. Responses must be signed and include a list of three references, sample drawings, brand of uniforms, warranty, delivery timeframe, fabric swatches (Kelly ****, Black ****, White **** white matte lycra, gold metallic lumina), uniform specifications, and a sample showing construction details. Shipping of the sample both ways is the responsibility of the bidder. Failure to submit all required items may result in bid rejection. The university will evaluate respondents based on quality, references, durability, warranty, and price. Contract and grant disclosure, combined boycott and illegal immigrant certification form, and EEO policy forms must be completed before a purchase order can be released. Uniforms provided must be consistent with the quality of the sample uniform. The university reserves the right to return the uniforms at the bidder's expense, deduct a prorated amount from the invoice, or purchase proper uniforms elsewhere and charge the additional cost to the bidder if the quality is not consistent. The proposal and resulting contract is available to any college or university in Arkansas that wishes to utilize the services of the selected proposer. Any resultant contract shall not be assigned without the express written consent of the university. It is the intent of the university to purchase uniforms that will last approximately 10 years. Anticipated delivery of uniforms is Fall 2025.

The City of Pawtucket is seeking a vendor to supply police uniforms, recruits and crossing guards for a three-year term, with two one-year extensions. Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and city laws, ordinances, and regulations, and meet any registration requirements. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope by May 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM, to the Pawtucket City Hall Purchasing Office. A bid surety is required. The evaluation criteria include experience, qualifications, and price. Additional documents, such as references, company overview, and licensing information, are required. The bid process is subject to the City of Pawtucket's purchasing rules and regulations.
