All work performed under this PWS and any task order shall include a minimum workmanship warranty of 1 year for newly installed systems and 90 calendar days for repair work. Manufacturer/part warranties shall also be catalogued.

The contractor shall provide personnel who are fully qualified to perform the work specified in this PWS. All personnel shall possess the qualifications, certifications, and experience equivalent to their military counterparts for the tasks they perform. Resumes and copies of all relevant certifications and licenses must be submitted for review and approval prior to the employee starting work.

The contractor shall be responsible for any fines or penalties levied by any environmental or regulatory authority resulting from their own action or inaction, or the action or inaction of a subcontractor hired by the prime contractor, not actions or inactions from a third party, or the government and may be charged the cost as a performance deduction.

The government reserves the right to review the qualifications of any contractor employee and, at its sole discretion, direct the removal of any individual who fails to meet the standards set forth herein.
