The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is seeking proposals for disaster relief, all-hazards, and cybersecurity planning services. Offerors must be individuals or business entities duly organized and authorized to do business in Pittsburgh, financially sound, and able to provide the services. They must also be in good standing with HACP and any federal, state, or municipal entities with which they have had a contracting relationship.
