The City of Lynchburg seeks a consultant for a comprehensive EMS staffing assessment for the LFD. The assessment must begin by October 31, 2026, with final deliverables due by April 1, 2027. Proposals must detail methodology for data gathering, comparison to other departments, alternative staffing structures with cost analysis, and recommendations for ALS provider recruitment/retention.
