This is a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside acquisition for the repair of sanitary sewer system under Building 650 at Travis Air Force Base. Contractors must adhere to installation entry requirements, including identity proofing and vetting, as Travis Air Force Base is a closed base. Contractors are responsible for the conduct of their employees and must coordinate base entry requirements. Base passes are valid only for the purpose, person, and vehicle for which they are issued. Lost passes must be reported immediately. Information protection and security training are mandatory. Controlled unclassified information must be handled according to agency regulations. A Visitor Group Security Agreement (VGSA) may be required. Antiterrorism force protection training is mandatory for contracts over 90 days. Operations Security (OPSEC) requirements may also apply.
