A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST. Attendees must meet at the Truman Gate Visitor Center by 9:30 AM MST. The deadline to submit attendee names and request base passes is June 22, 2026, 4:00 PM MST.

Questions regarding the solicitation, site visit, or potential discrepancies must be submitted in writing no later than July 2, 2026, 5:00 PM MST.

Proposals submitted after the deadline will be considered untimely and ineligible for award. Proposals that do not adhere to format and content requirements may be considered noncompliant and eliminated from consideration.
