The contractor shall install all washers and dryers in the designated buildings within five calendar days of the commencement of the contract.
The contractor shall ensure the necessary pass and identification items required for contract performance are obtained for all personnel. As a minimum, contractor personnel must be able to obtain and maintain a tier 1, favorable suitability/fitness determination under 5 CFR 731 or equivalent.
If any of the services do not conform to contract requirements, the government may require the contractor to perform the services again in conformity with contract requirements at no increase in contract amount. When the defects in services cannot be corrected by reperformance, the government may require the contractor to take necessary action to ensure that future performance conforms to contract requirements and reduce the contract price to reflect the reduced value of the services performed.
