The period of performance is from June 15, 2026, to June 14, 2027.

There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions such as warranty requirements necessary for this acquisition.

Delivery on or before September 30, 2026.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific document types for payment requests include cost voucher, invoice and receiving report combo, progress payment request, performance-based payment request, or commercial financing request.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the overall best value to the government, considering technical approach, delivery and installation schedule, and price.

To be eligible for award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam. gov, have current representations and certifications, and not be listed on the SAM exclusions list.

A site visit will be held for this requirement. Please review the full attachment for instructions on when EALs and questions are due to the government. Attachment 4 EAL Sheet needs to be filled out and sent back via email to receive access on base for site visit.

Failure to comply with health and safety rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected as directed by the contracting officer, shall be grounds for termination of this contract in accordance with the default clause of this contract.

Delivery and installation are expected within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Interested parties must demonstrate status as an authorized distributor and integrator for the McDean VICADS product line, ability to provide 100% compatible workstations, and meet all specific requirements including pre-programming, on-site installation, and the 60-day ARO timeline.

The deadline for submitting capability statements is 12 June 2026, at 10:00 am PDT.

The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period anticipated to commence in June 2026, plus four additional 12-month option years.

Pricing will be evaluated based on the contractors provided rates for annual preventative maintenance (PM), one-time guy wire installation, and diagnostic repair services as detailed in the price schedule attachment.

This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period commencing on June 17, 2026, plus four additional 12-month ordering periods.

Payment will be processed exclusively through the government unique third party payment system (TPPS).

Pricing will be evaluated based on the contractors provided flat fee per move or standard cwt rate across the estimated annual workload as detailed in the attachment.

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

The projected workload for this IDIQ contract is based on an estimated annual volume of approximately 700 outbound personnel moves and 400 inbound personnel moves. This requirement will be awarded as an IDIQ contract with a maximum ceiling of $2. 75M.
