The US Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia, requires services for US food promotion. Colombian vendors only. Offers must be in Colombian pesos (COP). Technical information sheets are required. Offers must meet all requirements and technical descriptions. Offer validity is 6 months. Delivery is DDP to the embassy warehouse. Payment terms are 30 days net. Questions are due August 8, 2025, and offers are due August 20, 2025. The project includes website maintenance, digital posts, advertising, monthly reports, a hands-on workshop, and a final report. The contractor must demonstrate prior experience with US agricultural stakeholders, operate an established business, and provide a bilingual point of contact. The contractor must have handled contracts over USD 50,000 and have all necessary licenses and permits. The contractor must provide the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources. A list of three clients with relevant past performance activities, information, and references is required. Progress updates are required throughout the activities. All materials and products developed are transferred to the US Embassy. Payments are in 8 monthly installments contingent on timely submission of monthly reports. A minimum 80% attendance at the workshop is required. A one-page feedback survey is required. All actions must be completed within 8 months of contract award. Any unapproved expenses are the contractor's responsibility.

Notice of intent to award a contract as a sole source to Brighton Training Group for community nutrition program training modules. Modules are required trainings for participants in the CNPS. A sole source hearing will be canceled unless interested parties submit written comments or request a public hearing by August 1, 2025, 4 PM. See attachment for details. The purchase is justified as economically only available from a single source due to copyrighted/patented materials and the vendor's exclusive product. Previous purchase history is included. Negotiations for a fair and reasonable price were conducted. The purchase will not obligate the state to this vendor for future purchases. The financial impact of not approving the sole source is that the agency would be unable to provide valuable training to both employees and sponsors. This is a notice of intent to sole source a firm fixed price contract for the rental of conference space and facilities to the College of Southern Maryland. Interested parties must register in SAM (System for Award Management) and submit their interest and capability by June 6, 2025, 10 AM EDT. Responses must demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the government. The facility must be located within a 10-mile radius of NSWC IHD in Indian Head, Maryland. The scope of services includes various sized rooms, furnished classrooms, a makerspace, an auditorium, parking, and common areas.
