The contract will be awarded to the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the NAF.

The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.

Submission of more than one bid to the county as the primary bidder for the same work by an individual firm, partnership or corporation under the same or different names may be grounds for disqualification.

The term agreement purchase order shall not exceed the amount of $100,****.

Payment terms are subject to the Prompt Payment Act and implemented for NAFs. Late payment penalties may apply if not requested within forty days after payment.

Supplies or services furnished under this contract shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the contractor gives to any customer. Warranty shall commence upon acceptance of the items.
