Delivery of products must occur between September 15, 2025, and November 1, 2025, to the New Tulsa VA Medical Center at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma **** and staff training are also required.

The Space Force is seeking a training mannequin for its emergency medical services (EMS) personnel at Buckley Fire Department. The required equipment includes advanced airway management, ECG, defibrillation, cardio conversion, lung and heart sounds, blood pressure, pulse points, chest decompression, pneumothorax, virtual capnography, oximetry, student reports, and scenarios. Delivery will be to the Buckley Fire Emergency Services fire station at 380 S Aspen Dr. Stop 86, Aurora, CO 80011. The government officials will perform the required inspections.

The US Air Force is seeking information from potential vendors regarding their capabilities to provide pulmonary function test equipment. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement by 12:00 PM CST on May 5, 2025. The statement should demonstrate the vendor's ability to meet the requirements outlined in the notice, which include specific equipment features, testing needs, and vendor support. The Kansas City VA Medical Center intends to procure 46 replacement defibrillators. Vendors must provide all equipment, accessories, installation services, and project management support. All products must meet specified characteristics and functions. The contractor is responsible for assembly, installation, and testing, including unboxing and transportation to the final use location. Installation includes implementing and testing interfaces with VA electronic systems. Vendors must adhere to all equipment delivery deadlines. A pre-delivery meeting is required at least 3 days prior to the initial award delivery date. Oversized or palletized orders will be coordinated with the contracting officer's representative. The equipment must meet manufacturer and VA specifications, including a 5-year minimum hospital warranty. The vendor must provide all necessary accessories, cables, adaptors, etc. to deliver a fully functional clinical device/system. All services shall be performed during normal hours unless otherwise scheduled with the contracting officer's representative. Hardware/software updates/upgrades may be scheduled outside normal hours. Vendors must check in and out with VA biomedical engineering. Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited inside the hospital except in the canteen. Vendors must protect all items from damage. The vendor is required to complete and submit two attached VA security forms if their equipment can be connected to the VA network. The warranty period begins after the contracting officer's representative accepts the products' delivery, installation, and functionality. The vendor shall provide response to applications and technical calls within 8 hours. The vendor shall ship replacement parts within 48 hours of identification by VA biomedical engineering staff. Electronic invoice submission is required through the VA's electronic invoice presentment and payment system (using Tungsten). Facsimile, email, and scanned documents are not acceptable.
